Product Description
AW70/71 transmissions have an intermediate spacer between the two green paper gaskets. When servicing the filter and lower gasket, if the spacer is also removed you'll have to replace the matching upper gasket as well. If you need another green gasket, check the recommended products section below.
Potential Product Fitment Issues
A small number of 1982-1985 240s still had the earlier AW55/BW55 3-speed automatic. If your 240 falls in this range and you're not sure if you have a 4-speed automatic, check the ID plate on the side of your transmission before ordering.
