Motul Gear 300 75W-90 is a fully synthetic gear oil that's ideally suited for high performance manual transmissions and transaxles. It's durable enough to not shear down under use, has a wide viscosity index to cling at high temperatures but still flow at cold starts, and has excellent synchromesh friction properties. If you track your manual cars at all, this is the oil to use. Includes integrated, pop-out spout for funnel-free pouring.

Additional Technical Information
This 75W-90 is a thicker, more viscous oil than Volvo's manual cars use from the factory, particularly in FWD/AWD transmissions like the M56 or M66. If your car sees temperatures below freezing, we suggest sticking with a gear oil in the stock 75W-80 viscosity range. See suggested products below.
Do not use in cars with Overdrives, as this is too thick for their hydromechanical components. Use a thinner 75W gear oil like Motul DCTF, straight 10W-30 motor oil, or high friction "Type F" ATF in those cars.
