With a 25% larger secondary winding and spiral wound primary winding, ipd HD Coils out perform both stock and replacement coils. Specifically designed for longevity and consistent performance our HD Coils are perfect for higher than stock performance levels or as a long life replacement part in otherwise stock vehicles.
- More copper: thicker primary and secondary windings lower electrical resistance and provide better heat management
- Secondary coil ratio: a larger primary-to-secondary turns ratio gives up to 25% greater spark voltage
