Car environments inevitably have a lot of vibration, so we always recommend soldered and heat-shrink wrapped connections for engine harness repair versus using butt- or crimp-connectors. This kit includes half a foot of heatshrink to cover the 4 wire connections, and wire wrap conduit is available in suggested products below if you want extra heat protection and a tidier install.
