Potential Product Fitment Issues
For cars with Volvo's Interior Air Quality System, or IAQS. Most US-market P5s have IAQS, but you can check by looking for auto-recirculation under Settings -> Climate -> Air Quality Sensor, or for variant codes MC02 or MC03 in your car's build sheet. If you can remove and check the air filter in your car, cars with IAQS come with charcoal-impregnated air filters vs standard paper and cloth.
Per Mahle, this filter covers both standard IAQS up to about 2020, and enhanced IAQS with AAC from about 2021 onwards. If you have access to VIDA, this includes variant codes MC02, MC03, MC04, and MC05.
