Description
Volvo routes oil through pipes and channels milled directly in to the oil pan, so when replacing your oil pan or else performing any service that involves removing the oil pan, you should replace these channels' o-rings between the pan and the engine block.
This particular seal is for the oil port on the US passenger side of the engine, opposite the transmission and near the belt drive. If you're experiencing oil foaming issues or low oil pressure at start, take a look at this o-ring before resorting to a new oil pump.
