ipd does not currently have any catalytic converters that are legal for sale to California addresses.
A catalytic converter converts harmful emissions of carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons and oxides of nitrogen into harmless carbon dioxide and water vapor. A cat that is not doing its job will likely fail today’s tougher emissions tests.
You know it is time to replace your converter when: the shell is rusted or broken , there is a rattle in the converter body, or you have found pieces of substrate (honeycomb) in the muffler or tail pipe.

If your header pipe has a floating flange and a donut style gasket then you will need a new header pipe (3514976) to make this converter fit. This unit is 2 inches shorter than the original and should be used with header pipe 3514976.
