If you own a Volvo wagon from the 80s or 90s, there's a good chance that the interior tailgate panel is breaking away from the tailgate at the top by the glass. This common problem is caused by repeated slamming of the tailgate which causes those top mounting clips to fail.
To replace the complete tailgate panel is costly. Now you can permanently repair the upper portion of your broken panel with this repair kit for a fraction of the cost of a new panel. This kit includes improved metal mounting brackets to repair the broken out holes on top, screws and clips.
Note: On some 7/900 series wagons some of the smaller plastic clips will not be utilized and the lower clips will be reused on your tailgate panel (these just remove by turning them 90 degrees)
