IPD HD Billet P3 Lower Torque Mount

The IPD HD billet lower torque mount is a bolt in performance and appearance upgrade that will suit many different kinds of enthusiast. It is designed to limit engine movement caused by torque delivery and provide a more direct connection through your powertrain and down to the road. It sure doesn't hurt that it looks great too. 

This mount design will help address some of the notorious P3 vague feedback and help to provide a sportier feel. 

The IPD HD billet lower torque mount features a tuneable bushing design that allows you to set your preferred level of performance. Using the available pin kit, IPD# 140002 to adjust the amount of damping voids, lets you decide how much of the mechanical thrill you want to experience and how much torque flex you want to allow. Potential Product Fitment Issues

Early P3 cars don't have a lower torque mount: one can be added on (along with bracket 31277106 for FWD or 31277781 for AWD), but the hydraulic lines that go through the subframe pocket in which the mount bolts in must be rerouted.

Cars that came with a lower mount (and can easily have this HD mount swapped in) are:

• XC60
  • FWD from chassis number 50099 and up
  • AWD from chassis number 135123 and up
• S80
  • FWD from chassis number 113055 and up
  • AWD from chassis number 134101 and up
• S60, V60, V70 five- and six-cylinders
