Product Description

Front control arms are one of the most problem prone pieces on these models. Our IPD HD control arms have proved to be a great and durable replacement for the weak factory arms. It's not uncommon to need to replace ball joints and tie rods too when doing control arms so we've combined them along with a few other commonly used parts in this front suspension kit.

Kit includes:

  • Front Aluminum control arms  If you have a 2007 model year, please visually inspect your car to determine whicy style of control arm you car is equipped with.  Some later model S60/V70 came with steel control arms.  This kitbuilder includes aluminum control arms only

Product Fitment Notes & Potential Issues

If you have a 2007 model year V70 or S60 you will need to visually inspect your car to determine which style control arm you Volvo is equipped with to ensure you order the correct parts.

Two different style control arms and ball joints were used on 2007 model S60 and V70 models. The obvious difference between the two designs in that the earlier control arms are aluminum and the later design are steel. They are not interchangeable.

THIS KIT FITS MODELS EQUIPPED WITH ALUMINUM CONTROL ARMS.
