Stainless Steel Exhaust System - 240 Under Axle 77-93

Over time it has become difficult to source factory replacement exhaust.  Even when parts were available, the aluminum coated exhaust components never were truly meant to combat harsher climates.  For those customers who live in heavily salted winter areas, it wasn’t uncommon for us to see them replacing exhaust system components every few years.   IPD tooled up and created a full stainless steel exhaust system that is up to the challenge.  Utilizing 304 stainless steel throughout the entire system, you can bet this exhaust will outlast anything previously offered for your Volvo.  

Just a bolt in, direct replacement catback exhaust in 304 stainless steel. What more can we say?

Includes all the clamps necessary for installation as well as muffler hangers for a straightforward install! 

Potential Product Fitment Issues

The mufflers on your new exhaust sytem come with a protective plastic cover over the center section to help protect the muffler while in shipping. Remove this prior to installation for obvious reasons! (Hint: It will melt!)
