Product Description
Volvo designed these control arms with integrated ball joints and bushings. That means when a ball joint or bushing fails, full control arm replacement is the only option.
Potential Product Fitment Issues
For standard ride height cars (not XC60, XC70, or V60 or S60 Cross Country), two types of front control arms are used: black stamped steel arms up to about 2011, and gray cast aluminum arms from about 2011 onwards. Check which arms are on your car before ordering.
- S60: steel arms up to chassis number 6847, aluminum from chassis number 6848 and up
- S80: steel arms up to chassis number 151013, aluminum from chassis number 151014 and up
- V60: all aluminum
- V70: all steel
