Most 71'& 72' GT 142 VOLVOS IVE SEEN WERE BABY BLUE OR DARK GREEN , AND THE GT DECALS ENDED DIFERENT ON THE TAIL PART. BUT IS NICE TO KNOW THEY ALSO MAKE A RED VERSION.

Great article! My first Volvo was a 71 142EO Gray/Met. Most fun car to drive. Still a Volvo driver and sorry I ever let it go. Stories like this bring back fun memories. THANKS!

The badges alone, still findable but expensive, so I made my own ;-) finally a decent piece off information on the GT, even pictures are hard to find. This and the IPD 142E...

Just "picked up" an issue thru Ebay. This might just be the first recent article on a 140 series in this form (or ever..?)
