These cars came from Volvo equipped with 2 different ignition systems: Bosch and REX/Regina.
To ensure correct ordering, please inspect what is on your car.
The systems can be easily identified by the ignition coil.

This wire fits cars with (REX) Regina Engine Management

• 1993-1995 940 sedan with Regina with Chassis Number 124137 and higher
• 1993-1995 940 wagon with Regina with Chassis Number 74407 and higher

This coil wire fits 940 models with Regina that have a idler shaft driven (side mount) ignition distributor near the front of the engine. 

It does NOT fit earlier 940 models with a cam driven distributor on the back of the cylinder head.  It does not fit models with Bosch ignition. It does NOT fit models with B234F engine.
