Used this tool to change the filter on my 2001 S40 that I recently bought. THere is no
way I'd have been able to remove the filter without this, or put it back on tight
enough. THe plastic one looks flimsy while this one is very strong and fits nice and
tight on the housing so you can get a grip. It needs a 1/2" drive.

This tool works fantastic. Don't even bother trying to get the oil filter casing off with the cheaper pot metal version. The cheaper tool doesn't grab the casing on enough of the flat surfaces and slips too much.

IPD's products and shipping are very good.
