Not quite as pleased as that first review, but happy none the less. Definitely a judgment call as far as price goes. Does emit a good whiter brighter light than the stock halogens. And last for a good time. I've had mine in for over 3 years w/ daytime headlights and went through cheaper brands about once a year. You can pay a lot once or pay a little a lot of times, your choice.

Are they worth nearly a hundred bucks? That of course is a personal value judgment.......... WE INTERRUPT THIS BULB REVIEW FOR A NEWSFLASH: I replaced my Sylvania Silverstar Ultra bulbs with these. For the money the Sylvania's can't be beat, but THESE blow them away!!!!!!!!!!! Not only am i getting more light in front of me,but i am ALSO getting more light off to the sides.Which for me is CRITICAL at night on dark roads.NO OTHER BULB i have tried has given me this much light output!I didn't think a pair of light bulbs was worth all that money until i saw them on an 850 and couldn't believe how bright the low beams were.So i decided to try them on my 240.You won't really notice the difference on roads that are well lit.You WILL notice the difference on dark, poorly lit(or completely unlit) back roads where you car is the ONLY source of light. The light shines further down the road.Is brighter on the road in front of the car and there is a lot more light on the sides of the road to see all manner of animals, ditches, debris and such which i could not see before. NOTE:I have the light wiring kit that IPD no longer sells which connects the headlights directly to the battery via relays and brings the voltage that the bulbs see up to 12-13 volts. Back to you Carl Thanks and there you have it.Make your own judgment call. Then buy the bloody things. You will see the light!
