Rear Camber Kit for AWD Cars

I had the car for about a year with the E****E lowering springs, but it wasn't until recently she started eating tires off the rear. Every 1000 miles or so I had to buy a new Kumho Ecsta at about 160 a pop (the inner sidewall was cupping and wearing down to the belts!). I bought this kit and took her in to a local shop for a base alignment before the install. She was 3.0 out on the driver side and 2.0 out on the pass side.
As advertised, this kit is only supposed to bring her back in 1 degree. Maybe the geometry is different once you lower a car, but this kit brought her back to 1.0 on the driver side and .25 on the pass. Even the guy who did the work was impressed, as he was hesitant to do the job initially bc hes been burned by aftermarket parts in the past.

Needless to say, he now has IPD in his browser bookmarks for the next time a Volvo comes in out of whack...and I now have 2000 miles on my BF Goodrich's and they still look brand new. Good work IPD!

PS In my original shipment one of the bushings was defective, and I called IPD and they told me to toss the defective part and I had a replacement, completely free, in 2 days. Excellent cust service to go with an excellent part!

I purchased the camber kit for my R. My R has lowering springs. All I can say is the camber kit improves the stance of the car and the handling is superb. The product is well worth the $. This product is a must for lowered Volvos. I'm looking forward to even tire wear.

I also installed the rear camber kit in November and the car is much more stable over bumps and well within alignment specs. The rear camber before was around neg. 2.0 and now I have 0.0 and 0.8 for left and right...very happy!!

The price to install is about 2 hours per side...not cheap but worth it in my opinion. My indie didn't have the part to remove the bushings so you might have to take it a dealer and then have it aligned right away as the suspension will be very loose and scary to drive.

I just got the rear camber bushings installed in my 2004 S60R today and now my alignment numbers are solidly within spec! Plus, I had the old style bushings so these new stiffer bushings have also reduced side hop and the whole car feels more stable over bumps. Thanks again for coming out with these. You've solved my constant worrying of shredding my tires and having to rotate them every 2000 miles.
