Product Description

Head pipes tend to be long lived due to the high temperature of exhaust gases passing through. This prevents moisture collecting in the pipe and rusting it from the inside-out. As years pass, and especially where road 'salt' is used, head pipes will eventually fail. We offer good quality, reasonably priced head pipes to restore your Volvo to its quiet form.

Potential Product Fitment Issues

Fits 1983-1993 240 without EGR.

If your cat has a donut seal at the outlet end (see picture below), you will need to replace both the cat and the header pipe.
