Potential Product Fitment Issues

These boots fit all 850 models.

There were 2 different steering racks installed on 1998-2000 S70/V70/V70XC/V70R models. These boots fit these models with TRW brand steering racks.

 Generally, you can determine which steering rack by the chassis number or product plate, but this doesn't mean your vehicle is still equipped with the original rack. You can determine what the original steering rack brand installed on your car was by looking at the product plate, which is located on the driver side wheel well. Check the fifth line of the plate and the last digit. 4 = TRW, 5 = SMI.
