Kit includes oil separator box, intake manifold gasket, lower injector seals, engine oil dipstick tube seal, all PCV hoses and tubing, banjo bolt seal rings and hose clamps.
This kit fits up to and including engine serial number 3031884.
IPD PCV Kits consist of all OE Volvo grade (or better) components.
Potential Product Fitment Issues
There are two options for PCV kits on S40/V40 models. The are determined by engine serial number and are not interchangeable.
The later style PCV tubing has an extra banjo fitting that the earlier models do not have. This fitting is on the end closest to the oil separator box.
This kit fits up to and including engine serial number 3031884.
