Product Description

A properly tuned ignition system is one of the most important factors of any engine. It will keep your engine running smoothly, economically and will deliver the most power. The heat under the hood may lead to premature degradation of the ignition wires.

These wires are made by the original equipment supplier to Volvo (Bougicord) so you are assured of the best quality in replacement wires.

This kit contains TWO spark plug wires, which is a full set.  The four cylinder S40/V40 models have 2 coil packs on top of two of the spark plugs.  These coil packs each have a wire feeding a second spark plug so there are only two spark plug wires and two coil packs.

Potential Product Fitment Issues

This kit only contains TWO wires because that is all these models use.  

These models have two ignition coils which sit on top of two of the spark plugs. These two spark plug wires attach to the coils and run to the remaining two spark plugs.
