We've taken the "R" emblem and had it embroidered on high quality hats. This design is a very popular "Pro Cap" style flex-fit hat in black. It has a stiffer, reinforced front and is modeled from pro baseball caps but with a self adjusting flex-fit elastic band for comfort.
