Rear Overload Coils After decades of use, the rear springs (even on Volvos) usually begin to sag. If you fill the rear with cargo, it gets even worse. It looks funny, makes the car drive funny and changes the geometry of the rear suspension, which in turn puts additional stress on the shocks and bushings. Overload springs offer a 20% stiffer spring rate over stock, returning your Volvo to its proper ride height and will increase carrying capacity overall. Prices are per pair. Please check fitment listed below to ensure products will fit your specific vehicle. Some products may include or exclude some model years or engine and transmission combinations. The products listed on our website are for Volvos sold in the North American market. Many of the parts are exactly the same as those used in other markets, however we cannot guarantee fitment for those markets.

these springs are great i installed these on my 940 wagon several years ago and have been very pleased with them. my old springs used to sag a lot and with a load the tires would rub when i went over bumps. with these overload coils the only time my 255/50/16s ever rub is when i put 10 80 pound bags of concrete mix in the back and went over a large bump. that's 800 pounds! i love these springs.

Great springs, nice powder coated blue color that compliments the Bilstein shocks, keeps the load level and eliminated the noice caused by previous Scantech springs

very stiff springs. now my 745 work truck doesnt scrape going up driveways. 300lbs of tools and hardly any sagging (1")
