These high-quality German-made rotors by Zimmerman are an excellent alternative to stock OE rotors. Generally shipped with a protective shipping coating. Don’t forget to use a good Brake Cleaner to remove this transit film prior to installing them on your car. PBR Deluxe Organic Brake Pads

New Deluxe compounds utilize the best of metallic and ceramic compounds for the best of both worlds. Excellent performance, low dust and long life!

If you have primarily used Volvo factory brake pads on your Volvos, then you will really appreciate the PBR Deluxe brake pads. They are formulated from the latest organic, asbestos-free materials and provide significantly reduced dusting on the wheels and very little, if any, squealing compared to the factory pads. They provide measurably longer life - up to 2-3 times longer than conventional pads - and extreme resistance to heat, which translates into much less brake fading and squealing. PBR Deluxe pads deliver consistently smooth braking performance and are considered a great upgrade to any Volvo.

This kit dramatically improves the braking performance and resistance to warping, not to mention the awesome appearance.

We’ve used engineered adapters developed by CJ, massive Porsche/BREMBO 4-piston aluminum calipers, original Volvo S60R 330mm (13”) front rotors, front ipd braided brake lines, Textar pads and two quarts of ATE Super Blue performance brake fluid.

Please note that 17” or larger wheels are required. Volvo Pegasus and Heico Volution X wheels fit w/o spacers while Volvo Volan and Titan wheels are known fitments using 15mm spacers and are available online at ipdusa.com.

Lines come ready to install with no modifications necessary. Kits replace the original front and rear flexible brake lines. DOT approved.
