Custom Built Class II Trailer Hitch

Here’s everything you need to hitch up to your favorite tow and save a bundle. Our kit includes receiver hitch, ball mount, hitch pin, clip and all mounting hardware (no wiring included).

Custom-built hitch installs easily to your Volvo’s frame and will handle 3500 lb. gross trailer weight and 300 lb. tongue weight. 1-1/4” receiver accepts 3/4” shank ball (buy the size that fits your trailer tongue), 2” with 3/4” shank is most popular (available below). Ball sold separately.

Roof Rack Hole Plug Kit

If you’ve ever considered removing the roof rack from your Volvo wagon, but couldn’t figure out how to cleanly plug the remaining holes, we’ve got a solution for you. Our two part plug system uses a rubber grommet and a plastic center post cap that when pressed into the grommet, expands it to provide a nice tight seal. The finished look is smooth and low profile and can be removed if you ever decide to re-install the roof rack. Once the rack is removed installation only takes a couple of minutes. Includes 12 grommets, 12 post caps and instructions. Plugs are black. We do not recommend painting them.
