Replacement Water Pumps

The water pump is a key component of your cooling system, any time of year. While most people don’t replace the pump as a matter of maintenance, when one is needed, rest assured our 40 years of experience will get you the most reliable pump available. Includes gaskets and seals. One year warranty.

Must remove 4 flange studs from original pump and re-use when you install new pump or purchase new studs and nuts, listed below.

Accessory Mounting Bushings

Stop squealing belts easily in your 200 or 700 series Volvo by replacing worn mounting bushings. As the rubber mounting bushings wear on the alternator, AC pump, and power steering pump, the pulleys come out of alignment with the crankshaft and cause the belts to squeal. You can confirm this by inspecting the belts from the driver or passenger side and sighting down the belt to the crankshaft. Depending on the year and model, you might need three or more to repair your problem. Our heavy duty polyurethane won’t deform like stock rubber mounts used on the alternator, AC pump and power steering pump. Be sure to check the quantity you need before ordering.

Cooling Fan Clutches and V-Belts

As your car approaches 150K to 200K miles and more on the odometer, fan clutch failures become more common. If you don’t hear the high flow whoosh of the fan clutch engaging occasionally and are experiencing cooling problems, especially at low speeds, you should have the fan clutch checked.*NOTE: Two sizes used - please check belt before ordering.
