It is complete and in very good condition. It includes the seatbelts and all of the mounting hardware. I've been selling third seat kits for Volvos for at least 20 years now, so I can even provide a copy of the Volvo installation instructions. The price would be $775 OBO, plus the shipping. These seat kits are no longer sold separately through the dealer. They are only available as an option with a Brand New Volvo purchase. When they were still available, they listed for over $1,800! I replaced with factory downpipe with IPD's version at about 25K miles, so this one is in excellent condition and would be a great replacement for a car in need of one. A new factory downpipe with Cat is about $1k, so this could be a great solution for someone on a budget, at only $100.

Upgrade your V70 with an "R" rear bumper. My 2006 V70R was kissed on the rear bumper leaving an almost imperceptible scratch in the clear coat. The body shop decided to replace it rather than sand, paint and clear coat it. There is one other spot where the paint needs touchup. Both imperfections are shown in the pictures next to my thumb. As a consequence I have 2 halogen headlights that will fit a S60, V/XC70 from 2001-2004. One headlamp assembly is only 4 months old from Volvo. Headlights include 5000K HID lights from SharpHID (ballast, bulbs, igniter and one error canceller) and both wiper motors, wiper rests and wipers. Installation is plug-and-play and error free. All mounting points are intact, there are no cracks in the glass and the lights can easily be returned to use with halogen bulbs. Will include: - Volvo Valve stem: $20 value - Volvo wheel lock: $45 value - Aftermarket TPMS system: paid over $190 for the system. The pair of Pirellis cost about $600 just for the tires.
