I've been told this car is 1 of 101 manual turbo P80 wagons in the US. 16 of which are black. This car is my first true love, But I have what my friends like to call an "addiction" to Volvo wagons. I have 3 P80 cars right now, and have owned more than I can even keep track of. The only reason I'm even considering selling this boosted unicorn is because I've decided to focus on other projects. And to do that, I need some extra cash, and some garage space. I'm sure I've forgotten a million and a half things. looking for $5,000. For Sale is my 2000 Volvo V70 XC Cross Country Black over Black leather with automatic transmission sitting on good Yokohama all season tires. It has a hard wired ipod/iphone port and an aux jack, which is controlled by the factory audio system. This car is well sorted with recent service and oil change, new power steering pump, as well as a new windshield (which unfortunately already has two chips, which have both been repaired). This Wagon is loaded and has been a very reliable vehicle while I have owned it since August of 2011. The low pressure turbos on these cars are known to go 350k before needing a rebuild as long as synthetic oil is maintained and changed. The rear drive shaft was removed due to the output shaft from the transmission the to angle/bevel gear failing. The angle gear is still good was was maintained meticulously. The rear drive shaft is 1 year old and will be included in the sale of the vehicle. It is currently front wheel drive, is quicker and gets better mileage. Serious preventative maintenance has been done on this car in the last two years: New this spring: (175k) Oil Change (5w-30 always synth, mobil 1 this time) and has been on a 5k interval New windshield Heater core power steering pump New Fall 2013: (~160k) Brake Pads, rotors and lines with brake fluid flush Transmission Flush Radiator and hoses (preventative; there was no failure) Thermostat New Spring 2013 (~150): ABS module Yokohama all season tires New Fall 2011 (~135): Struts, high load IPD strut mounts Transmission Flush All fluids changed This is an excellent, safe vehicle; great for either your family or the young driver in your family who needs room and unparalleled safety.
