Excess in Moderation!
I am one of newest members of the iPd family. I enjoy many activities to include building, maintaining and racing road cars. I have been fortunate enough to put my grubby little hands on some really nice machines and make them better, safer and faster. I try to apply some of this knowledge to daily drivers. Excess in moderation to me means we can have fun, fast, and functional drivers that are not loud, obnoxious and do what I call “fly under the radar” or sleeper. I have a long history with cars to include many European models but this is my first Volvo. I have a long term Capri that will probably never be done (as good projects normally are) as every time I drive it, I feel there is more that can be done and more that NEEDS to be done.
The list of mods on the car is not long but include:
- TME "modified" springs.
- Upper chassis brace
- iPd Adjustable Torque Rods
- iPd Adjustable Panard Rod
- iPd Sway bars
- 6 way component speaker system in front door.
- KYB AGX struts
- Multiple Poly bushing upgrades.
- iPd 28mm Front Sway bar update

I have recently re-ignited the passion of the 2 wheel variety. Yes, there will be more added to the collection shortly.

I was fortunate to crew for this team during the Rose Cup Race (longest standing race west of the Mississippi). We crashed in qualification and still finished 2nd!

Be careful of the Buffalo Wildwings challenge. This could happen to you!
