Air Filters While there is no substitute for the K&N air filters, the service-minded customer will appreciate these quality replacement units. Our air filter elements sit perfectly in place of the factory filter.
Dimensions are held to minimum acceptable tolerances to insure a perfect fit inside the stock air box.
Check air filter every 10,000 miles. Replace it every 30,000 miles or more often in dirty or dusty conditions. Please check fitment listed below to ensure products will fit your specific vehicle.
Some products may include or exclude some model years or engine and transmission combinations.
We offer some products with multiple brand options. Products ending with an "E" suffix indicate Economy (non-OE) brands.

The oil on these filters just may come from snakes. I'll take engine longevity over 'a throatier sound' and negligable performance gains. Like the other guy said, stick with OEM.

k&n air filters may provide better engine breath but they also alow small particles to get into your engine! if you look at the filter up to light you can see tiny holes in it! use oem!

Always use K&N. better gas milage, save money on filters, and better performance. Not many upgrades do all at once.

Have used K&N filters in previous Volvos and this was a painless and enjoyable upgrade to the stock system. Provides a little throatier sound on hard acceleration.
