Great little detail Item. They make my S60R look a little bit better. You have to take your time and follow the instructions that come with them and take it one door at a time.

Got them with the Silver Bezels, They look great in my car, have them set at flush right now, didn't have too much difficulty installing them, didn't drop them in the door.
Only one problem right now, when listing to songs that bump a lot, they rattle and the original Volvo pins did not, but o well as long as the car is locked they don't rattle, only when unlocked.

Well manufactured components. Went with the pins and bezels. Bezels fit very tight in door panel. So much so that they enlarge the hole in the door panel so stock bezels will never hold again but who wants those anyway.
Installation of the lock pins is easy on the front. Rear are slightly more tricky. Easier to just remove the rear door panels, which only takes a minute. My only concern is that the rear door lock pins sit MUCH shorter in the locked position. I realize the height is somewhat adjustable but for the lock pin to be stable it needs to be set pretty much all the way down. Doing this makes opening the rear door if locked, an almost impossible task to do by hand. If there ever were an emergency and the passengers in the rear had to get out quickly, they would be hindered by the lock knob they cannot grasp and the rear doors do not open with the door handle like the front do. Just something to think about if you have safety in mind.

I second the comments in review #1040 by TR. The front pins went in very easy. The rears were a challenge, the posts are shorter, easily fall down in the door; needle nose pliers are needed and a lot of patience. It seems like Volvo used different sized posts/threads on the rear doors. Once installed (with bezels) they look great.

Two of the bezel's on my 2001 S60 had popped out. The silver bezel (and pins) look great with the dark gray interior. Instructions were clear and it took me about 30 minutes to install the bezels along with IPD pins. Installation took a little patience; I highly recommending using the bone tool. On two of the doors I ended up using a small hammer to tap on the bone tool.

I know, they are purely cosmetic, but what an upgrade from the stock ones. Combined with the IPD door pins, they sure stand out and you won’t find them just like that even in luxury cars. I am surprised with the number of compliments I’ve had one them.

They look great and it matches the rest of the interior. This is a great replacement, since the stock bezels fall out easily. They are a tight fit, so be ready to use a little force with a soft tool to cajole them in. After wards enjoy.

These pins were a little harder to install than the instructions described. My 2004 S60R had shorter posts in the rear than the front. Front pair went on more easily because the posts were taller. The diameter of all 4 posts is slightly larger than the inside of the pins and the pins are not threaded. I used a small philps head screw driver to open up the plastic core of the pins so that the threads on the post could get a grip. Also tried a slightly larger drill bit by hand to make a cone shape in the tip of the plastic liner. Definately pull out the automatic door lock fuses as suggested. Long curved tipped neadle nose pliers would have helped but space is tight. Better to install in warm weather or keep the pins inside and warm. The plastic cores gets hard in the cold. They look great. Wife wants them for her XC90 now.
