Easy upgrade! Much better construction than the stock bushing. Thanks IPD.

An easy upgrade. (except for the original 18mm bolts being rusted tight...) Tightened up the shifting and introduced a little more vibration. A worthwhile sacrifice. A fresh breath for my T5m.

Quality materials, effective design, easy-to-follow installation instruction, and a great price! What more could you ask for in an upgrade?

Installed the 2B1880 bushing in my V70 R this weekend. The rubber bushing was totally shot. Very noticable difference, smoothed out the acceleration. Very slight vibration at idle, as others have noted, but otherwise a great product. Only hitch on installation was my need to purchase an 18MM socket. Otherwise an easy 30 minute job.

This should be a 'must have' item for anyone with a V or XC. I pulled my old mount out and the small end bushing was completely trashed. There was nothing connecting the inner to the outer.
Shifts are crisp and smooth instead of the hard thunk that used to happen, especially from first to second. This helped clear up a bunch of idle vibration I was getting at lights as well.
If you're not sure when the last time yours was replaced, or even if it ever had been (in case you're not the first owner) please don't hesitate to buy this mount. Installation is a breeze and at this price you can't go wrong.
On a side note, this should definitely be added to the regular transmission section, especially if it's going to be a permanent addition to the catalog.

I installed this last night to replace a stock Volvo part that was cracked and disintegrated. Installation was a snap, although it did take a sawzall to get the old one out. Acceleration is much smoother over the shot part that was in there (who would have thought).
One thing to note: the car is rougher at idle than it was with a good stock part. The material here is much stiffer and it transmits more engine vibration into the car than the stock part does. If you're going for a stock feel I would get the OE part. At this price I can stand a little more vibration at idle though.

Love the new mount. Car starts w/o shaking and driving is incredible smooth. Mine was shot so install took 2 hrs. but the mount install took 20 mins

Installed on my 1995 850 GLT 5-speed. Had to replace the old mount because it had broken and fallen out! Engine feels like it has more power, a big difference from the old mount (and no mount at all!) Had a few problems getting the mount completely in, but once it got bolted on I had no problems. Love the color!!

Great part, and easy to install. Getting the old (OEM) one out is another story. Forget the idea you will hammer that thing out, you will have nothing but bruised knuckles. Quickest way is to go straight to the hacksaw. First, use a pair of side cutters to clip the center attach point, then take the hacksaw blade and cut in two places (not into the metal), near to top works best. Grab a big screwdriver, and hammer between the two cuts to relieve the interference fit. Did not see any great performance increase, but had lost of fun doing it.
