Volvo S60 » Headlight Protection (XPEL)
 Cracked & broken headlight lenses can be costly to replace. Help prevent impact damage from flying debris with Xpel headlight protection. They install over existing headlight lenses and are precision cut to fit each application. Kits even come with protectors for fog lamps! The material used is 40 mil thick 3M transparent adhesive impact vinyl. Once installed, the material is invisible to the naked eye and provides superior impact protection.
WARNING: when running high output bulbs, there could be a risk of heat stress cracking the lens if the lens temperature exceeds 200 degrees F. We have tested the covers with the high output bulbs we sell with good results. Please check fitment listed below to ensure products will fit your specific vehicle.

These are a great addition, especially for those of us that live in areas where the roads are sanded and salted in the winter. Installation was very easy, they do a great job of protecting the headlamp and fog lamp lense. I have had them on for about 3 years and haven't noticed any discoloration or cracks and no marks from the headlamp wiper. I was first concerned that since I use aftermarket bulbs that run hotter it could result in damage to the lense; but no problems.

These are awesome ! Recently had them installed on my 04 R. I opted for the blue tinted ones. Not only do they protect the expensive headlights, but they look great too ! Good way to set your car apart from the rest.
