Volvo S60 » Seal Kit Turbo Drain Pipe

Lately we’ve noticed that many of the newer Turbo Volvos have a tendency to leave oil drips. Usually, the amount of oil loss is minimal, but the mess is still bothersome. In many cases, the oil drip is coming from the turbo drain pipe seal (located near the center back side of the engine). We put together this kit with instructions so that you can fix it yourself. In less than an hour you can have it repaired. You may need a 5mm Allen wrench (or Torx on some models) and 10mm socket. Check your car’s fasteners before getting started to be sure you have the tools needed.

I had a massive leak due to both ends of the seal being so worn out. So i ordered the drain seal kit. With in a week it got here. Now I'm a auto tech in training. But the procedures on the sheet made the job half the work. Great job guys and thanks for saving me 20 bucks a week in oil.

I recently installed the IPD turbo drain seal kit on my 1999 V70 T5 wagon. It took 20 minutes and solved the small but annoying drip from the back of the engine. The instructions were clear and easy to follow.
