There are three sizes of U-joint used, and there is enough difference between them to make it quite easy to tell them apart. Some models have all three the same size, while others have various combinations of sizes, To simplify measuring, we have also listed the outside dimension of the yoke so you can measure the U-joints on the car. Flange bolts and nuts should be replaced whenever U-joints are replaced. Size A: 2 5/8" diameter; yoke: 2 3/4" dia. Size B: 3" diameter; yoke: 3 1/4" dia. Size C: 3 3/16" diameter; yoke 3 1/2" dia.
