Door Pocket Covers If the door pockets in your Volvo are broken, we don't have to tell you how unsightly and
irritating they can be. Repair and reinforce them with ipd covers at about half the price of
original equipment. The flexible cover fits snugly into place much like our plastic dashboard
covers. A silicone adhesive (included) holds the cover firm.
The pocket cover reinforces Volvo's original design which has a tendency to break when
the door is opened with your foot or forced shut against oversized packages. It's a less
expensive alternative to replacing the entire pocket and helps prevent future pocket
breakage.
Cover fits on pockets that are broken or have missing pieces. However, If the attachment
parts of the original pocket are missing, we advise installing a new pocket first. When
properly installed, you can hardly tell the cover from the original. Please check fitment listed below to ensure products will fit your specific vehicle. Some products may include or exclude some model years or engine and transmission combinations. The products listed on our website are for Volvos sold in the North American market. Many of the parts are exactly the same as those used in other markets, however we cannot guarantee fitment for those markets.

A few months ago, my grandmother accidentally cracked the door pocket in my 940
when she tried to push the door with her foot. Since then, everyone compliments me
on the condition of my 16 year old car, but always lets me know about the broken
pocket. I debated whether to just replace it with another OEM one, or go with the
IPD pocket cover. Since the cover glues onto the original, which was essentially
entirely intact despite the crack, I figured it would not only repair the damage, but act
as a reinforcement. I was correct. This product has the look, feel, and quality of
OEM and even strengthens a susceptible area in the interior of these cars.
