Volvo 940/960 » Water Pumps

I personally wouldn't even consider setteling for a re-man'd pump after seeing the quality and finish of this new pump, and the price! I was not dissapointed. It cam with all the gaskets and O-Ring seals I needed. I also purchased the new studs and nuts which I suggest as well since it seemes like the old ones are prone to bending slightly ;) The only problem I had was the fact that this pump was working a lot better than my stock pump (which I only replaced because I was already doing a radiator, T-Stat, cam, Timing belt and drive belts; not because it had failed.) I had the 'S' shaped heater hose that goes from the head to the heater core blow out shortly after putting the new pump on, it couldn't take the pressure :) It's a hard one to get a good look and easy to forget, save youself some trouble and just replace it anyway. Mine 'looked' fine till it split!
