Brake Rotors (Zimmerman Cross Drilled) Zimmerman cross-drilled rotors do a better job of dissipating heat and gasses from your brakes than standard rotors under extreme braking. Zimmerman cross-drilled rotors have carefully machined holes strategically placed across their surface. The holes in Zimmerman cross-drilled rotors allow air to flow through the actual surface of the brake disc, resulting in huge improvements in cooling and a resulting reduction in brake fade. Zimmerman cross drilled rotors also allow dust and gasses that build up on the rotor surface to escape into the atmosphere rather than affect brake operation. The cumulative result is that Zimmerman cross-drilled rotors run cooler, stop better, reduce fade, and dissipate dust more effectively. Behind the obvious advantages of Zimmerman cross-drilled rotors lie sound basics, like heat-treated steels and precise machining.
Please note: Like all race parts there is no warranty on these rotors except for obvious manufacturing defects. Sold as each. Please check fitment listed below to ensure products will fit your specific vehicle. Some products may include or exclude some model years or engine and transmission combinations. The products listed on our website are for Volvos sold in the North American market. Many of the parts are exactly the same as those used in other markets, however we cannot guarantee fitment for those markets.

I have had these cross drilled rotors and the IPD steel line kit on front and rear of my 99 s70 T-5 for 2 years now. Really happy IPD carries the rotors now that i no longer work for a volvo shop. I have had no problems with them. You will notice a little hissing noise when you apply the brakes (only if windows are down). I have put 60,000 miles on them and just like all rotors they now have a slight lip on them now. No noise with genuine pads, just dust. Good upgrade with the IPD stainless steel lines.

Excellent initial quality, great high speed/temp performance! In combination with IPD's PBR brake pads these rotors turned out to be exactly what I was looking for to improve my wagon's breaking to make pulling my trailer long distance safer.
