can this work for my 96 850 automatic without turbo?

I don't see any mention of CARB (California Air Resources Board) approvals for this or the other muffler. Are they street-legal in California?

I was thinking about purchasing this but i do not know how much hp i will gain and/or how loud it will be. From what i have seen, its a great exhaust system.

would this work with a 1994 850 turbo wagon?
