Not sure which turboback system fits your car? Volvo used three different styles of turbocharger outlets in their models from 1994-2000. They were angle flange, straight flange, and conical flange. We do not currently offer conical flange outlet systems at this time however only a few models were equipped with the conical outlet. Fortunately all the turbo exhaust housings are interchangeable so if you do have a conical flange turbo you can change your turbo outlet housing to either a straight or angle flange and then use the correpsonding Ipd turboback system. The following information should be used as a guide only as the parts your vehicle was initially equipped could have been changed out at some point. Our recommendation is to check your vehicle to be sure you select the right part as these components are large and can be costly to reship if the wrong part is selected. See our included video for on vehicle examples of straight and angle flanges for further clarification.

ive never in my whole life seen or installed a better exhaust stystem.. the fit is flawless the welds are flawless look perfect and the power my car got was unserpassed i also id r.i.p kit and bypass valve all at one time today and install was simple for me im a volvo tec i took car to track after finishing today and hit 12.87 at 18.6 psi on stock turbo only with r.ip kit ecm turbo back and intake kit and bypass valve never in my dreams did i think trhis car would pull those numbers very happy cust would tell any one thinking about obx or other system dont this is the one obx has no cat this one does about 5 inches whats that nothing no ses light works great order new o2 sensers dont try to save old ones .....thanks ipd

Installed this exhaust after my factory CAT died on my 97 850R at 129K miles. All I can say is WOW! What a huge difference. Turbo lag is much improved (so much that this alone made it worth it!). And the car really goes! I was concerned about check engine lights after installation, but I've put about 1500 miles on the car so far and no issues. I had my mechanic install the the system. It took him about 90 minutes. Everything fit well. Still getting used to the new sound. It is definitely louder, but not bothersome - better sound than a rice burner. I have a K&N air filter also on the car. I'd suggest doing the same if you do this exhaust. Thanks IPD!
