Ambient Outside Air Temperature Sensor If the dash mounted digital outside air temp gauge in your Volvo is reading incorrectly or not at all, it is most likely caused by a failed or missing ambient temp sensor. The sensor is mounted up behind the front spoiler so it I subject to quite a harsh environment and can easily be knocked off if you scrape a parking block or curb. Easily replaced in about 5 minutes, no tools required. Please check fitment listed below to ensure products will fit your specific vehicle. Some products may include or exclude some model years or engine and transmission combinations. The products listed on our website are for Volvos sold in the North American market. Many of the parts are exactly the same as those used in other markets, however we cannot guarantee fitment for those markets.
