Volvo 700 » Oxygen Sensor Socket

Replacing the oxygen sensor on your Volvo can be a real pain. Since it is installed directly in the headpipe or exhaust manifold, it will usually be severely rusted or corroded in place. The main sensor lad come right out of the center of the sensor, so it is not possible to use a standard socket. Our Bosch Oxygen sensor tool attaches to a 1/2: ratchet or extension and has a slot machined in it that allows it to be slipped over the sensor wire for secure removal and installation even in tight spots such as on turbo models.
