Cam Kits Our full cam kits ensure you get all the components needed to install the cam in a way that longest life and peak performance are assured.
Performance cams come complete with double valve springs. While double valve springs are not required for normal driving operation, the nature of using the additional power in the upper rpm range stresses valve springs more. Double springs help prevent "valve float" near the redline and also prevent catastrophic engine failure if a valve spring were to break. Please check fitment listed below to ensure products will fit your specific vehicle. Some products may include or exclude some model years or engine and transmission combinations. The products listed on our website are for Volvos sold in the North American market. Many of the parts are exactly the same as those used in other markets, however we cannot guarantee fitment for those markets.

This is my cam of choice, even with a stick shift. I prefer to have a little
power on tap even when I'm loafing along at 2000 rpm in high gear - I
tried the Street Performance cam, and in my opinion the smooth, wide
torque curve of this cam trumps the nice top end of the Performance.
Either is a clear improvement over stock. This one combines well with a
big-bore kit. High-end power is very good up to 5000 rpm, and usable all
the way to 6000, but the real joy zone is down around 3000-3500 rpm,
where you'll really use it. If you've got a street-driven car and you care
more about mid-range pull than top-end screaming power, this is
probably your cam of choice.
