H&R TRAK+ Wheel Spacers If you've ever seen a sleek, European sedan with that oh-so-low street stance and a bulging wheel / tire combo that fits perfectly in the wheel wells, chances are that car was fitted with H&R TRAK+® Wheel Spacers. TRAK+® Wheel Spacers make your existing tires and wheels appear wider by moving the wheel out from the hub, providing both performance and appearance improvements. Whether you want improved handling, increased safety or simply desire your car to make a statement about your individual style, TRAK+® Wheel Spacers can help you accomplish your goal.
Many owners of the 200, 700 and 900 series models would like to use wheels from the FWD models. Volvo changed the wheel offset, and the difference is roughly 25mm. Adding 25mm adapters will allow you to mount most FWD Volvo wheels on your 200, 700 or 900 series model.
Features:
- Hubcentric
- Maximizes vehicle track width for great looks, lowered roll center, and increased lateral stability – improved handling
- Made of a proprietary aluminum/magnesium alloy (Up to 70% lighter than a comparable steel product)
- Hard anodized to ensure a tough, durable finish
- Great for use in winter with snow tires and wheels

A word of caution to anyone thinking of buying these spacers for their vehicle and intend to run volvo gemini wheels (16x7) with these spacers... i am not fully convinced that the studs on the spacers that one anchors the wheel to are long enough to provide enough strength to hold the wheel on. the gemini wheels were a factory upgrade wheel from volvo and i am sure the hubs are thicker than the hydra wheels. I will be having a shop press longer wheel studs into my spacers just to be safe. Other than that these spacers are a fine product made with the best quality materials.
Another word of caution to the p1800 crowd. If you are thinking these might be a good investment to fill up the wheel arches of your classic volvo be prepared to modify the spacer a bit. the supplied hardware to mount the spacer on the hub is a metric pattern (m12 x 1.5). The studs on the p1800's hub are a standard pattern (1/2 x 20) You will can find hardware to mount the spacer to the hub at any wheel/tire shop. I used 1/2 x 20 long acorn nuts and just shaved the tops down so they would sit flush with the wheel mounting surface on the spacer. The next issue is that the spacer will not sit flush with on the brake rotor (assuming your p1800 has 4wheel disc like mine) because the studs on the hub have a collar that is a bit bigger than the hole provided on the spacer. I do not recommend opening up the hole in the spacer to accomodate this collar, i instead machined a spot in the spacer for the collar to sit. i didnt have to remove a lot of material and i stand convinced that the spacer maintains its structural integrity.
Over all, running gemini wheels with these spacers on your p1800 looks amazing, it just takes a bit of careful planning and modification

A beautiful piece of gear. I bought some for my 240 well over a year ago. Make sure you get all the rights lug-nuts- you may need a couple of different threads depending on your model of car. Also make sure you file down the top of the brake disc locating bolt so the spacers fit flush with the hub Overall a really nice product and the results are very impressive, both performance-wise and cosmetically.
