If you're looking for economical replacement shocks and liked how the car rode when new, these are the original shocks as supplied to Volvo at the factory. Not recommended for lowered cars.
Boge Turbo Gas Struts
For a moderately priced upgrade with a slightly more controlled feel than stock, consider the gas-charged Boge Turbo Gas. These offer a lifetime warranty and are acceptable for use on stock height or lowered cars. (Don't be confused by Boge's shock designation of Turbo Gas which is a marketing name and has nothing to do with whether your 200 series model is a turbo or not).
