Radiators Years of normal operation can induce conditions that gradually reduce the cooling efficiency of the radiator. One condition is caused by a build-up of road grime on the front side of the radiator. This is a very common problem on cars equipped with AC and is not visible as the AC condenser obstructs the view. The build-up reduces the surface area of the radiator, gradually reducing cooling effectiveness to the point where it may not be able to properly cool in hot weather. This results in boil over. This problem can usually be resolved by aiming a high pressure wash from the fan side of the radiator to blast the build-up off of the radiator. This should be done once a year as preventative maintenance.

I was having a difficult time installing the seal after the grommet was in place. A few drops of liquid soap did the trick.

I replaced the radiators in my 1987 745 and 1985 245 with the 3 row HD IPD radiator. Installation was easy in both cases; fit like it was OE. Both radiators are over 10 years old and have not had any problems. Thanks IPD

Mine Fits Great!!! But It Didnt Come the The Sensor the original will not fit so i made a flange and installed it on the upper radiator hose. works great and loving it.

Fits perfect, came with a coolant temp switch for my A/C, came with new clips to attack the fan shrowd, enough said! Looks and feels solid and quality made. Works great on the car and has an OEM quality fit and finish.
