Clips and Fasteners Chances are that there are a few little clips or fasteners missing or broken on the interior of your Volvo. You know, the little annoying things that you never seem to remember to get when you're at the dealer or wrecking yard, but drive you crazy every time you look at them. Some of the more common culprits include the fuse panel cover, knob and retainer, the spare tire cover clips on 245's, broken or missing visor clips etc, etc. None of these will keep your car from running, but they can sure get on your nerves over the years! Take a minute to note what's missing on your Volvo the next time you clean out the interior and be sure to add them to your next order. The pictures shown are for reference only and are not necessarily the color of the part you need. Please note the color of the part you need and be sure you choose the correct part number. Please check fitment listed below to ensure products will fit your specific vehicle. Some products may include or exclude some model years or engine and transmission combinations. The products listed on our website are for Volvos sold in the North American market. Many of the parts are exactly the same as those used in other markets, however we cannot guarantee fitment for those markets.

Purchased six of these when picking up some air/oil filters from IPD in hopes of securing the rear flaps on my 98XC. I found three problems: the holes in the flap and the lip of the body of the car were too big to work with these rivets (possibly due to be worn over the years - I don't know); the black plastic portion covering the head of the rivets split and fell off of the three rivets I tried to use; of the the three mounting holes on each rear flap, only two use rivets - the innermost location on each flap uses a different type of plastic fastener.
Unfortunately, it seems like going with some stainless hardware store rivets of appropriate size is a better option.
