Volvo 140 » Plasifix Lens Repair Kits

This plastic epoxy product is great for repairing lamp lenses. The kit comes with a resin catalyst and a powdered epoxy in one of three colors. There’s red for tail lamps, amber for most turn signals and clear for other lenses including plastic headlamp lenses. When mixed, the epoxy turns into something close to the consistency of peanut butter and can be spread with the wooden stick that comes with the kit. The material can be used to fill holes or to repair cracks. After the epoxy hardens it can be sanded and polished to make the repair almost invisible (sandpaper not included). The neat part about this is that it can be done without removing the lens from the car.
