I needed to cover a few cracks and make the wheel thicker for better grip. This worked very nicely and I am very happy with the upgrade. But, it did take almost 3 hours to lace up and 1/4 of the steering wheel has a 1/4 inch gap where either the leather wasn't wide enough or the plastic wheel is slightly larger in diameter.
