 Hose clamps look pretty simple but there is a definite difference in quality of clamps, and the security they offer. ABA clamps are unique in that the 'teeth' that the worm gear engages is not punched all the way through the stainless steel band. This prevents the 'cheese grater' effect on hoses, and leads to extended hose life. Used as original equipment by Volvo. Great clamps with firm adjustment. No more worm gear recesses digging into the hose. Plus the blue bit looks kinda cool for coolant lines.
